Ambassador Insurance Resources ("Ambassador Insurance Resources," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from or about you, how we use it, when and with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding our use of your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, telephone calls, text messages, and email communications with you. By using our website or providing your information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Communication preferences including your consent to be contacted by phone, email, or SMS.
  • Website usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as necessary to provide the services you've requested or as required by law, including with:

  • Insurance carriers when you've authorized us to submit an application or request a quote on your behalf.

  • Regulatory authorities when required by applicable insurance, tax, or other laws.
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information would remain subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.

  • Deletion: Subject to applicable record-keeping requirements under insurance and tax law, you may request that we delete personal information we hold about you.

6. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Welcome to Ambassador Insurance Resources. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available via the toggle above). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Us

Ambassador Insurance Resources is an independent insurance advisory operated by Robert Brooke, a licensed insurance agent. We help individuals and families evaluate and enroll in insurance products including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, annuities, indexed universal life, high-value life insurance, and final expense coverage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Informational Purpose; Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The information provided through our website and communications is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Insurance and retirement decisions depend on your individual circumstances. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions based on information you receive from us.

4. No Government Affiliation

Ambassador Insurance Resources is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any other federal or state agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) for information on all of your options.

5. Insurance Products & Carrier Relationships

We are an independent agency and represent multiple insurance carriers. Any insurance policy purchased through us is issued by, and is the contractual obligation of, the issuing insurance carrier — not Ambassador Insurance Resources. All product guarantees, including annuity and life insurance guarantees, are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company.

Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and underwriting decisions are determined by the insurance carriers and may change at any time.

6. Communications & Consent

General Communications

By submitting a contact form, calling us, or otherwise providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Ambassador Insurance Resources by phone, email, and (if you check the SMS opt-in box) by text message regarding your inquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS communications by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Ambassador Insurance Resources at the mobile number you provided, related to your insurance inquiry — including appointment reminders, follow-ups, quote updates, and informational messages.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile information, including SMS opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For complete details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy (toggle above).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the trade name "Ambassador Insurance Resources" — is the property of Ambassador Insurance Resources or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including insurance carrier sites and Medicare.gov. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operation of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and any content provided through them are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or up to date.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambassador Insurance Resources, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambassador Insurance Resources and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ambassador Insurance Resources regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
